• Q: What makes Kaleo Group different from other agencies or consultants?
  A: Most agencies sell deliverables. We prescribe solutions. Using our Architect–Build–Operate framework, Kaleo functions as your brand operating system — combining strategy, design, and engagement into one seamless partnership.

• Q: Do you offer one-off services or only retainers?
  A: While some projects may be scoped individually, most clients partner with Kaleo through our Brand Intelligence Partnerships (retainers). This ensures consistency, adaptability, and results that build over time — not one-and-done fixes.

• Q: What are your payment terms?
  A: For projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. For retainers, fees are billed at the start of each month.

• Q: Who will we be working with?
  A: You’ll work directly with Kaleo's founder with curated access to our partner network (specialists range from cinematographers, Ai experts, coders, contracting thought leaders, venues, and defense tech/innovation to name a few). Think of it as a team without the overhead of hiring a full agency.

• Q: Do you manage social media?
  A: Kaleo doesn’t do volume posting.  Instead, we design strategic content, campaigns, and systems that ensure your digital presence is consistent, credible, and aligned with your goals.

• Q: How do I know which retainer level is right for me?
  A: That’s part of our Kaleo Triage Process. We diagnose your goals and challenges, then prescribe the right level of support. Some months, we may lean heavier into strategy (Architect), others into design (Build), or activations (Operate).

• Q: Can Kaleo help us pursue contracts or funding?
  A: Yes. Through our intelliegent partnerships, we help clients compete at a higher level for contracts, funding, and visibility​
