Whether guiding a growing startup, a defense technology company, a nonprofit, or a public-sector initiative, my work is centered on one objective: designing organizations that are resilient, aligned, and built for lasting impact. I believe great organizations don't happen by accident—they are intentionally designed.

A Foundation Built Across Disciplines

My career has never followed a traditional path, and that's become one of my greatest strengths. I began in the world of craftsmanship and design, where I learned that every successful outcome starts with understanding the people you're designing for. That foundation led me into advertising, brand strategy, and ultimately an MBA in Design Strategy, where I learned to merge human-centered design, business strategy, and behavioral thinking to solve complex organizational challenges.

As a first-generation college graduate, I've always been driven by curiosity, adaptability, and the belief that thoughtful design extends far beyond products—it shapes businesses, communities, and the way people work together.

Mission-Driven Leadership

My leadership philosophy was further shaped through service in the United States Navy as a C-130 Aircrewman (Loadmaster), supporting tactical logistics missions during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Serving in Operations and Public Affairs taught me that successful missions depend on far more than technical expertise. They require clear communication, disciplined planning, trust, adaptability, and alignment across diverse teams operating in complex environments.

Those lessons continue to shape how I lead today. Every organization has a mission. My role is helping leaders align the people, strategy, systems, and communications needed to accomplish it.
